Directions:
If you are walking from Downtown , head north on 19 th Street and look for the building on the left, just past M Street and before N Street.
If you are walking from points north , cross Dupont Circle in the direction of downtown, and head toward the Dupont Circle Metro obelisk/post directly ahead of you on 19 th Street. Walk a short block and a half, and the building will be on your right, just past N Street.
If you are driving from Downtown or other points south (e.g., Massachusetts Avenue), please note that 19 th Street is a southbound-only, one-way street. Head north on 20 th Street, make a right on Sunderland Place (and look for parking there or on N Street, which is one block to the south), a right onto 19 th Street, and the building is just past N Street.
If you are driving from the north , go around Dupont Circle, turning right onto south-bound 19 th Street (just before the Dupont Circle Metro train station in front of you). The office is on the right between N and M streets.
Parking:
There are nearby garages on 19 th Street on N Street. Most people use something like the SpotHero or ParkMoble apps or try to find street parking. Note: You do not have to reserve a spot via SpotHero, but it will assure that you have parking. (Finding a nearby spot and paying for an hour and 15 minutes will cost about $5.00 or $5.50. If you reserve the spot, it will cost around $12 or $13---more affordable than a parking ticket, but the added expense might not be necessary.
Try N Street (one way headed west starting from Connecticut Avenue), Sunderland Place (one short block north of N Street, headed east), or on M Street, 20th Street, or Connecticut Avenue. Please leave extra time if you wish to look for street parking, as recent construction projects have limited the available street parking. And, in case you are not familiar with DC parking, please note that the ParkMobile app (linking your credit card and your vehicle/license, preferably from the safety of your home's firewall) is largely required now by the city. (Trying to insert coins, where this is even possible, will result in more expensive parking and a notably limited parking time.)
